Delivery and payment

Delivery

parcels (liquid additives, accessories, parts, teats): courier, [to be added] PLN gross, usually 1–3 working days from dispatch;
feeds and milk in bags, bedding materials: pallet delivery, cost based on weight and address, given before the order is placed;
devices and equipment on quotation: transport and any installation are agreed in the offer;
personal collection: [to be added].

The lead time is given with the product and in the order confirmation. Products ordered in from the manufacturer have a longer lead time, which we communicate before the contract is concluded.

Payments

traditional bank transfer: [to be added] (account number);
online payment: Przelewy24 (BLIK, fast transfers, payment cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay). The payment service is provided by PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935, a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) (no. UKNF IP24/2014). After placing the order you will be redirected to the payment; BLIK can be entered without leaving the shop;
online payment: PayU (BLIK, fast transfers, payment cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay; for businesses also PragmaPay deferred payment, if enabled). The payment service is provided by PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, KRS 0000274399, a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) (no. IP1/2012);
invoice with a payment term: for business customers after verification.

We issue invoices to businesses via KSeF.
