§3. Electronic services
The Seller provides free of charge: browsing the catalogue, the enquiry and quote form, the cart and order form, a customer account (if launched) and a newsletter (only with consent). The contract for the form and cart service ends when the form is sent or the page is left; the contract for the account and newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time, free of charge, by a message to the Seller’s e-mail address.
Technical requirements: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and the cookies necessary for the cart enabled, and an active e-mail address.
Providing unlawful content is prohibited. Particular risks associated with using the internet include malware and phishing attempts. The Seller never asks for passwords or card details by e-mail.
Complaints about electronic services can be made by e-mail. We reply within 14 days.
§4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
- Products from the cart: the Customer adds products to the cart, enters delivery and invoice details, chooses delivery and payment, accepts the terms and conditions and clicks the “Order with obligation to pay” button. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives the e-mail accepting the order for fulfilment. Before placing the order, the Customer sees the total price including taxes, the delivery cost and all other charges.
- Products for a quote: the Customer sends an enquiry. The Seller prepares an offer with the configuration, price, lead time, transport and any installation. The contract is concluded when the Customer accepts the offer in documentary form (e.g. by e-mail).
- The Seller sends confirmation of the contract together with the terms and conditions and the model withdrawal form on a durable medium (e-mail with PDF files).
§5. Prices
Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN). For consumers we show gross prices (including VAT); business customers may also see the net price. The price is binding at the time the order is placed.
Whenever we announce a price reduction, we state the lowest price of that product in the 30 days before the reduction.
We do not publish wholesale prices or dealer terms on the website.
§6. Payments and invoices
- bank transfer to the bank account given in the order confirmation: [to be added];
- online payment via Przelewy24 (BLIK, fast transfers, payment cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay). The payment service is provided by PayPro S.A., ul. We issue invoices to businesses via the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) and also send a visualisation by e-mail. Consumers receive a receipt, or an invoice on request.
The payment term for bank transfers is 7 days from conclusion of the contract, unless the offer states otherwise. Fulfilment begins once payment is credited or, for payment with a term, once the order is accepted.
§7. Delivery
We deliver within Poland. Delivery abroad is agreed individually. Details, costs and lead times are described on the page Delivery and payment. The delivery cost and time are shown before the order is placed.
When receiving the parcel, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging in the presence of the carrier and drawing up a damage report. For consumers this is not a condition for making a complaint.
§8. Liability for conformity of goods with the contract (consumers)
The Seller is liable to consumers and businesses with consumer rights for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years of that time. The consumer may request repair or replacement and, if this is not possible or the Seller refuses or fails to do so within a reasonable time, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (for a material lack of conformity).
A complaint can be made by e-mail, by post or by phone, preferably with a description of the problem and photos. The Seller replies within 14 days; no reply within this period means the complaint is accepted. Details: Complaints.
The manufacturer’s guarantee, if granted, does not exclude or limit the consumer’s statutory rights.
§9. Withdrawal from the contract (consumers)
A consumer and a business with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. It is enough to send a statement before the deadline, e.g. to model form.
The Seller refunds all payments, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method, within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of their return is provided. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned by post because of their size, we state the return cost in the order confirmation.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or tailored to their individual needs (e.g. configurations quoted individually) or to goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
§10. Business customers (B2B)
For business customers, the Seller’s liability under the statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded; the manufacturer’s guarantee applies on the terms set out in the product documents. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the order and does not cover lost profits. The risk of accidental loss of the goods passes when they are handed over to the carrier. The right of withdrawal under §9 does not apply.
The provisions of this section do not apply to businesses with consumer rights.
§11. Feeds and feed additives
We sell feeds as an operator registered in the register of feed business operators (no. [to be added]). On the page of each feed we provide the label information required for distance selling. Feeds should be used in accordance with the label. Feeds are not medicinal products.
§12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including asking the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Gdańsk for mediation or applying to a permanent consumer arbitration court, and may obtain free assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or a consumer organisation. Register of authorised bodies and information: www.uokik.gov.pl. Using these methods is voluntary. The EU ODR platform was closed on 20 July 2025.
§13. Accessibility
Information about the service, how to use it and how the shop meets accessibility requirements is provided on the page Accessibility, which forms part of the terms and conditions.
§14. Final provisions
We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. The governing law is Polish law; this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be excluded by contract. The Polish language version of these terms and conditions is binding; the English version is for information only.
The Seller may change the terms and conditions for important reasons (changes in law, payment or delivery methods). Orders placed before the change are governed by the previous terms. We announce changes on the website, and notify account and newsletter users by e-mail 14 days in advance.
These terms and conditions apply from [to be added]. It is available free of charge on the website in a form that allows it to be downloaded, saved and printed.
